Patient interaction training is crucial, but costly
Effective patient communication is an essential skill for healthcare professionals, yet mastering it requires hands-on practice and targeted feedback—resources that are often limited in underfunded medical training institutions. Gaps in training can impact medical history collection, treatment explanations, and sensitive conversations.
AI Patient Actor is an online platform that helps medical trainees practice patient interviews and diagnosing medical conditions through simulated interactions. After each session, trainees receive individualized feedback, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Two main problems with the old website
Website sprawl
Core features (chatbot, case upload, alternative versions) are spread across multiple pages, making it difficult for users to navigate and manage the site.
Lacking key features
Our client wanted a more robust set of features, including voice user interface support, case assignments, and differential diagnosis feedback.
